Angelica Vandi

PhD Candidate in Design and MSc in Design for the Fashion System at Politecnico di Milano. She participated in the Design Management joint program with Jefferson University, Philadelphia during her university career. 
In 2023, she was a visiting PhD student at metaLAB, Harvard University, Cambridge (MA).
Since 2019, she has been a Fashion in Process researcher at the Design Department of Politecnico di Milano, within the research section "Design and Culture of Innovation”, and since 2021, she has been a researcher at the Gianfranco Ferré Research Center. 
She has been a lecturer in the Fashion Branding Strategies course at Milano Fashion Institute. She is currently a teaching assistant at the Branding&Communication course in the joint program of Product Service System Design and Management Engineering and tutor at the "Design for the Fashion System" Final Studio Lab in the MSc in Design for the Fashion System at Politecnico di Milano. She is currently part of the Data Shack joint program on Data Science between Harvard University and Politecnico di Milano, as well as of the MITItaly and Politecnico di Milano exchange programs dedicated to fashion heritage rematerialization. 
Her research interests focus on the relationship between Fashion Design, Cultural Heritage, and Human-Computer Interaction, aiming to innovate Cultural and Creative Industries dynamics through the application of digital technologies.
