OPENVERSE is a project within the Horizon Europe programme that aims to combine ethical principles with digital evolution, with the objective of developing inclusive, open and ethically responsible European virtual worlds and enhancing the European Union's technological prominence at global level.

The main objectives of the project are:

OPENVERSE's multi-disciplinary consortium comprises technology companies, academic institutions and industry associations, aiming to integrate technological expertise, foster collaborative innovation and ensure interoperability, privacy and security in digital environments.
