Polifactory is pleased to invite you to "Open Food Factory. Distributed Design for Plant-Based Food," to be held on September 21, 2022, from 5-7 p.m., at Polifactory (Building B3 - Candiani Campus, via Candiani, 72, Milan).

The event is part of the Creative Europe project Distributed Design Platform and aims to present the Open Food Factory initiative and launch the open call for ideas to select and prototype product ideas for fermentation and distillation. The call is open to young designers studying or graduating from Politecnico di Milano.

Open Food Factory aims to stimulate reflection on the relationship between design and plant-based food and to reason about the circularity of urban food systems.
