Until February 23rd, at the Polo territoriale di Lecco, it will be possible to undergo a wellness check-up using Capsula, a physical-digital platform developed in collaboration with the Department of Design as part of the TEDH laboratory.

The platform aims at promoting greater awareness in managing one's lifestyle, focusing on prevention and individual wellbeing.

The technologies provided by Capsula are easily accessible and can be used independently by users, who are offered various functionalities, including the evaluation of aging, physical fitness, measurement of blood pressure, and analysis of psychophysical wellbeing.

Thanks to these assessments, users can gain a deeper understanding of their health status and identify the most effective strategies to improve their overall wellbeing.
