Friday 9 June, from 3.45 pm to 5 pm, room B2.3.2, B2 Building, Campus Bovisa
Within the framework of the Master's degree option course Temporary and Inclusive Urban Solutions - The Queer City, on Friday 9 June from 3.45 p.m. to 5 p.m., Room B2.3.2 in Campus Bovisa will host the final presentation of the 9 projects that the students of the course have realised in collaboration with the LGBTQIA+ associations, CIG ArciGay, Agedo, ALA Milano, Famiglie Arcobaleno, GayMinOut, PoliEdro, Pride Sport Milano and with the 9 Municipi of Milan Municipality.
The Temporary and Inclusive Urban Solutions course focuses on the design of temporary solutions for the inclusive city, in close contact with local realities. This year's theme is The Queer City: in particular, the course aims to explore the relationship between the very concept of queerness and public space, with the objective of defining, through participatory design, how the city of Milan can be more queer, inclusive, hospitable and attractive to all.
The students worked in teams to design temporary solutions such as services, spaces, toolkits, performances, urban installations and awareness-raising campaigns in some spaces of the 9 Municipalities of the Municipality of Milan.
